My Account is a fast and easy way to access and manage your water and/or wastewater account. Here are a few things you can do through My Account:
- View and pay your bill
- Enroll in our Paperless Billing and Auto Pay programs
- Check your account balance
- Update your contact information
- Sign up to receive emergency and non-urgent alerts by email, phone and text
- Track your water use
If you're a residential customer, you can also:
- Schedule an appointment to have water service turned on or off
- Add a designated secondary account holder
