A: After your account is created you will receive an auto-generated password. Use this password to login to the system.
Upon logging in, you will then be sent to the change password page to reset your password. Next, type in the auto-generated password
and then your new password; click "Continue" and you will have a new password.

A: To update your contact information please call Special Accounts and request an update to your contact information.

- Q: How many data fields do I need to enter in order to locate a premise?

A: There are three options when trying to locate a premise; by name, by address, and by both. When you are searching by name,
last name is the only required field. When searching by address, only house # and street are required. When searching for both,
you need last name, house #, and street.

- Q: If I use both OIR and MFT, will I have a different password for MFT?

A: OIR and MFT are two different applications and will each require a password. You can set up your passwords to
be the same in each account if you want each application to have the same password.

- Q: Will there be training for OIR? What will the training look like?

A: There will be training materials that explain the new OIR system but there are no scheduled training classes. Please
contact Special Accounts if more training is required.
